Gary has been advising high net worth clients in both Dublin and London since 2003. He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours Degree and a UK Financial Planning Certificate (FPC) and is a Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA). He joined Harvest Financial Services in 2007 as a Client Manager and subsequently became Head of Client Management in 2010. Prior to working for Harvest Financial Services Gary worked in London for Lloyds TSB and AIB
Terry Devitt

TERRY DEVITT

HEAD OF INVESTMENT
As Investment Director, Terry has responsibility for defining Harvest’s activities on all matters related to investment. In total, Terry has over 30 years experience in the investment industry and is a regular contributor to various newspapers and other publications on topics of investment interest. Terry joined the firm following a number of years working as an investment analyst with NCB Stockbrokers. Prior to that, he worked as an economic analyst with the Government. When he is not investment directing, Terry can be found walking in the Wicklow mountains or out on the course beating his sons at golf.
Andy Dixon

ANDY DIXON

HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING
Andy joined Harvest in 2018 with 14 years’ experience in the Life and Pensions Industry in Ireland. During this time Andy provided technical support to independent intermediaries in the provision of Retirement Planning and Investment advice. Andy has attained the QFA, FLIA and RPA designations, is past Chair of the North East Regional Committee of the Life Assurance Association and is a current member of the Dublin Committee. Andy also holds the Certified Financial Planner® designation with the Institute of Banking and is committed to delivering best in class advice to our clients.
Damien Doyle

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Damien has been with Harvest since 2017 and is now the Chief Financial Officer with the primary responsibility for managing of the company finances. This includes maintaining the financial health of the organisation so that our clients’ needs can be effectively delivered. 

He is a qualified accountant with 17 years’ experience in Financial Services across the banking, Insurance and Wealth Management industries.

John joined Harvest in 2022, having held the role of Senior Financial Consultant with Mercer Private, Jardine Lloyd Thompson Private Wealth and Bank of Ireland Life. John holds the internationally recognised designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ CFP® Professional. A Trusted Advisor with 20 years’ plus experience in the Irish Financial Services, Banking and Wealth Management sectors. John holds a Masters in Financial Services from UCD is a Specialist Investment Advisor (SIA) , Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA), Licentiate of the Institute of Banking (LIB) and a Bachelor of Arts from NUI Galway. He has learned the importance of continuously building knowledge and abilities in a rapidly changing financial world. John provides investment and retirement counselling to Harvests’ long-standing clients, Business Owners, Directors, and their families. A key advocate for “Financial Life Planning.

John’s approach provides clarity & direction to clients’ key financial decisions. Helping organise and prioritise their personal financial goals, plan and protect their financial future by putting structures and solutions in place for life’s major milestones.

Greg has worked in the financial services sector since 2007. He joined Harvest Financial Services in 2022 having previously held long-term positions with New Ireland Assurance before moving into operations and advisory roles in brokerage. Greg is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and holds a diploma in Retirement Planning Advice (RPA).

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours Degree (BBS) and is also a Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA). He has also completed the Professional Diploma in Retirement Planning Advice (RPA) and in 2019 completed the Specialist Investment Adviser (SIA) designation, successfully achieving a distinction grade. He has been working in the financial services sector since 2005. He joined Harvest Financial Services in September 2007 having previously worked with Aviva Life and Pensions at their Dublin head office. He is a senior member of the client management team with over 10 years of experience with our firm. Stephen also forms part of our in-house investment committee, a team that regularly reviews our investment views and strategy. His overall role involves providing appropriate pension and investment advice to our high net worth client base. Areas of expertise would include: Retirement Planning,  Self Administered Schemes, Self Administered Approved Retirement Funds (ARFs), Pension Technical Solutions, Client Risk Profiling / Asset Allocation Design, Portfolio Analysis and Financial Planning.

Shane joined Harvest Financial Services in 2017 . Prior to working for Harvest Financial Services Shane worked for Zurich and  Northern Trust. Shane is a keen Tipperary hurling supporter and represents his local team in same.

Marleny has worked in Harvest Financial Services since 2003. She holds a Bachelor of Marketing and Advertising and is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and a Member of the Irish Institute of Pensions Managers (MIIPM). Marleny joined the client management team in 2012 and subsequently became Deputy Head of Client Management in 2015.
Brendan McWeeney

Brendan has over 24 years’ experience working in the financial services industry. Prior to joining the Compliance Department in Harvest Financial Services in 2013, Brendan spent a number years working in legal and compliance roles.

Brendan is a Fellow of Compliance Institute, a Licentiate of The Institute of Banking, a Certified Financial Crime Professional and a Certified Data Protection Officer. Brendan is also a Qualified Financial Advisor, a Fellow of the LIA, a Credit Union Advisor, an Accredited Product Adviser (Consumer Credit and Personal General Insurance), a Registered Stockbroker, a Retirement Planning Adviser and a Pension Trustee Practitioner.  In addition, Brendan is a Revenue approved Pensioneer Trustee.

Brendan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics and Sociology) from Maynooth University, a Higher Diploma in Business from the Dundalk Institute of Technology and a MSc in Compliance from University College Dublin.

John Middleton

JOHN MIDDLETON

John joined Harvest in 2006 and has over 22 years experience in the Property Industry, having previously worked with Bank of Ireland for 8 years. John manages the Property and Project Management divisions in Harvest, overseeing all aspects of investments. John holds a Masters in Financial Services from UCD in addition to the QFA designation.

DEPUTY HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Erica joined Harvest in 2011 and has over 10 years’ experience working in the Operations department in both Pensions administration and Leadership roles. She graduated with an Honours degree in Business Studies, is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and a Pension Trustee Practitioner (PTP). Erica holds a Level 9 Diploma in Strategic Management in Financial Services and a yellow belt certificate in Lean Six Sigma practices. Erica is on the pathway to completing her Masters in Financial Services. Erica has a passion for Ballet and is classically trained. In her spare time, she can be found teaching children’s ballet classes for both exams and local performances.
