Gary has been advising high net worth clients in both Dublin and London since 2003. He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours Degree and a UK Financial Planning Certificate (FPC) and is a Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA). He joined Harvest Financial Services in 2007 as a Client Manager and subsequently became Head of Client Management in 2010. TERRY DEVITT, HEAD OF INVESTMENT

As Investment Director, Terry has responsibility for defining Harvest’s activities on all matters related to investment. In total, Terry has over 30 years experience in the investment industry and is a regular contributor to various newspapers and other publications on topics of investment interest. Terry joined the firm following a number of years working as an investment analyst with NCB Stockbrokers. Prior to that, he worked as an economic analyst with the Government. When he is not investment directing, Terry can be found walking in the Wicklow mountains or out on the course beating his sons at golf.

Emer specialises in providing retirement planning advice for private clients approaching and during retirement. With a strong client focus and a goals-based retirement planning bias, she is passionate about helping clients make informed financial decisions to achieve their lifestyle aspirations. Emer has 18 years experience in the pensions industry. She is an Associate of the Institute of Taxation, a Qualified Financial Adviser and a Certified Financial Planner Professionals (CFP®), the premier international qualification for financial advice and planning profession. Emer is a past Chair of the Dublin Region Committee of the Life Assurance Association and co-founder of Connect Women in Pensions, a network who support improving opportunities for women within the pension’s industry & promoting the importance of retirement planning for women.

Andy joined Harvest in 2018 with 14 years’ experience in the Life and Pensions Industry in Ireland. During this time Andy provided technical support to independent intermediaries in the provision of Retirement Planning and Investment advice. Andy has attained the QFA, FLIA and RPA designations, is past Chair of the North East Regional Committee of the Life Assurance Association and is a current member of the Dublin Committee. Andy also holds the Certified Financial Planner® designation with the Institute of Banking and is committed to delivering best in class advice to our clients.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours Degree (BBS) and is also a Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA). He has also completed the Professional Diploma in Retirement Planning Advice (RPA) and in 2019 completed the Specialist Investment Adviser (SIA) designation, successfully achieving a distinction grade. He has been working in the financial services sector since 2005. He joined Harvest Financial Services in September 2007 having previously worked with Aviva Life and Pensions at their Dublin head office. He is a senior member of the client management team with over 10 years of experience with our firm. Stephen also forms part of our in-house investment committee, a team that regularly reviews our investment views and strategy. His overall role involves providing appropriate pension and investment advice to our high net worth client base. Areas of expertise would include: Retirement Planning, Small Self Administered Schemes (SSAS), Self Administered Approved Retirement Funds (ARFs), Pension Technical Solutions, Client Risk Profiling / Asset Allocation Design, Portfolio Analysis and Financial Planning.

Paula graduated from UCD with an honours degree in Economics & French. Paula started her career in financial planning in Australia where she advised and implemented financial planning strategies for clients in the medical industry - primarily dentists, doctors and surgeons. Paula has experience in assisting clients in achieving their financial goals since 2006. Paula joined Harvest Financial Services in 2015 and provides investment, pension and protection advice to high net worth individuals. SIOBHAN DELANEY - PROJECT MANAGER

Siobhán holds Prince2 Practitioner Qualification, APA in Investments, Insurance and Pensions, Diploma in PR, and has over 25 years experience as an Executive PA between her role in Arnotts and Harvest Financial Servies Ltd. She joined Harvest in 2012, having 3 years experience as a self employed Interior Designer, to resume a career as Exec PA and for 5 years provided corporate and operational support to the Board and Senior Executive teams. In 2017 Siobhan took over the role as Head of Operations in Harvest primarily responsible for ensuring organisational effectiveness by providing leadership for product services and contributing to the development of organisational strategies, cost saving efficiencies, reviewing policies and procedures to ensure best practices and effective resource management. She now leads the integration of effective Project Management methodologies across the business whilst co-ordinating all corporate Programmes and Projects.

Marleny has worked in Harvest Financial Services since 2003. Marleny joined the client management team in 2012 and subsequently became Deputy Head of Client Management in 2015.

Brendan has over 23 years’ experience working in the financial services industry. Prior to joining the Compliance Department in Harvest Financial Services in 2013, Brendan spent a number years working in legal and compliance roles. Brendan is a Fellow of the ACOI, a Licentiate of The Institute of Banking, a Certified Financial Crime Prevention Practitioner and a Certified Data Protection Officer. Brendan is also a Qualified Financial Advisor, a Fellow of the LIA, a Credit Union Advisor, an Accredited Product Adviser (Consumer Credit and Personal General Insurance), a Registered Stockbroker, a Retirement Planning Adviser and a Pension Trustee Practitioner. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics and Sociology) from Maynooth University, a Higher Diploma in Business from the Dundalk Institute of Technology and a MSc in Compliance from University College Dublin.
