Jonathan has worked in financial services for over twenty years, and has held senior positions in the private and public sectors. He was a member of the group executive for six years at St. James’s Place Wealth Management Plc., first as CRO and then as Joint-COO. Prior to this he was a Director at the Central Bank of Ireland.

He is the founder of Green Arbour Capital, an investment and advisory firm. He is also a Trustee of National Star, a charity which supports young people with Special Educational Needs, where he chairs the Finance and Investment Committee.

He was educated at St. Andrews University, The College of William & Mary in Virginia, London Business School, and IMD in Lausanne.

Alan Brady is a Non-Executive Director with over 20 years in experience in the financial services sector. He is employed by Irish Life and has worked extensively on strategy and Merger & Acquisitions within Irish Life for the past 6 years. Prior to that he worked in both banking and life assurance within the Danske Bank Group. He is a an accountant (ACCA) and also a Trustee of a large Defined Benefit Pension Scheme.

Damien has been with Harvest since 2017 and is now the Chief Financial Officer with the primary responsibility for managing of the company finances. This includes maintaining the financial health of the organisation so that our clients’ needs can be effectively delivered. 

He is a qualified accountant with 17 years’ experience in Financial Services across the banking, Insurance and Wealth Management industries.
